CHAPTER 34

I have left the house for good, at least I hope to reduce my anger.

I'll admit it, I accept that I'm defeated this time. When is it not? But if I don't sign it, he definitely won't stop me.

Papa himself told me to sign it... so I signed it for him.

"Whose car did you steal?"

As soon as I went outside the gate, I saw Israel leaning on the side of the white car, waiting in formation for my exit.

"Eli lent it to me," he said before opening the door of the passenger's seat.

I went inside while waiting for him to enter.

"I told him that you agreed to go on a date with me. He told me to use his car so that it would not be a hassle for us to get a massage on our first date."

I was amazed not because Israel was using Eli's car to pick me up at home just so our first date won't fail.

I'm amazed by how supportive Eli was for Israel. He's such a good epitome of a true friend that others failed to have.
