After spending a few days with my family, I decided it was time to go back to New York. I had been with my mum so I could watch her closely to see for myself that the sickness was still in the early stages.

I employed one of the best doctors in Chicago to take care of her and monitor her closely.

I asked Damon to come pick me up at the airport when I arrived in New York so we could go visit Ben in prison and give him some warning.

As soon as I landed at the airport, Damon texted to inform me he was there and I went out to meet him.

The prison where Ben was locked up wasn’t really far away from the airport, so it was a short ride.

I had connections with some of the officers, so getting inside wasn’t a problem. I instructed them to bring Benjamin Peters to the visitors’ room.
