Annie's POV
As I sit on the doctor's table, Lilly talks about a knowing. I know what she's talking about but I didn't think it was real. The doctor at the old mafia said that he was hoping I got it. He said that my mom had something that would tell her when something was wrong.
I realize everyone is staring at her and I am just staring at my three babies. The doctor goes to pull the thing out, taking them from my vision, I look at them one last time as he does so. I have no idea what all this means, but I will figure it out. One way or another.
