Seeing

Lilly's POV

My parent's all seem to have anxiety running off of them. They don't tell me much, but I do know that momma Annie was gone for a while and she seemed scared this morning. I know that Jenny has two boy babies in her belly. I know that Momma Annie has three babies, and two are girls, one is a boy. I don't know how I know, but I just do.

I look at my dad, Jas, and he just cuddles me like I am freaking out for no reason. He makes it seem like I am picking up on something that's not there. I'm not. I can feel things, always have been able to. I can tell that they are worried about a man coming to take me away. I don't know why, but I don't think he's as bad as they seem to feel.

I just smile when momma Jenny puts her pants back on, making way for Momma Annie to get up there and reveal her babies. They don't know, it seems, but I do. Before the doctor even puts the thing in her, I speak up, "There are three babies, two girls and a boy, in momma Annie."
