I steered clear of Alina for the next couple of weeks as much as I could. I didn't want to make things awkward again so we still hung out together with our group of friends but I never gave Alina the chance to catch me alone. I really wasn't ready to have a full discussion with her about everything that happened.
That Monday, Alina drove my car to school whereas I just flew there. The feeling of allowing my wings to breath was sensational, it was definitely something I could have gotten used to if I were actually allowed to do it.
