PROLOGUE

"Alpha, rogues are invading the Kade Moon pack," he reported.

"Send two of our best men and kill them if necessary," he ordered.

"Yes, alpha," they replied.

I see my beta leaving. He's very handsome, with his chestnut brown hair and green eyes. His lips are full and pink; anyone would die to be with him, but he's one of those who choose the best of the best to satisfy himself.

On the other hand, I have fair skin, brown eyes, and carmine-red lips. Many want to date the most powerful alpha in the world and snatch my position, but that will never happen. I, Jane Clas, don't plan on being anyone's mate. I enjoy the freedom and not being tied down to anyone. I don't need a partner to be happy.

I walk towards the forest and let the air caress my face.

"Jane, our mate is nearby, I can feel it."

"We better leave."

"I want my mate!" she exclaims.

"Well, I don't, Jenny."

I run away from that place. But you know what? My mate takes control of me and makes me transform into my wolf form. I am a very large wolf, larger than any alpha. My eyes are red with white pupils.

"Don't you dare, Jenny," I say, annoyed?

"He's already gone," she says sadly.

I run towards our pack and transform back into my human form.

"Where have you been, sweetheart?" my father asks, embracing me.

"I just went for a walk," I shrug.

"I see. There's something I want to tell you," he continues.

"What is it?" I say, frowning.

"The Kellow Moon pack wants to emerge."

Those words leave me speechless. That pack was supposed to be a legend. My pack is the ruler of all. I am the alpha of alphas, but if Kellow Moon exists, they would be the rulers. It is said that their wolves are three times larger than ours, and let me tell you, our size is already quite large. If I stood next to a wolf from another pack, it would look like a little puppy.
