“So just how did you escape?” Njar smirked as they reached the door to the dungeon.

“Jumped.” Alice said a small smirk on her face as she pushed the doors opened and walked out into the cold air.

“You were a bird or monkey in another life.” Njar laughed.

“No …maybe a cat. Nine lives in all. Just remember to say thank you when i’m all done saving your butts.” Alice laughed as they began moving silently through the darkness heading to the hall.

The hall was in sight, they were almost there. They were almost all free and ready to take back their pack. Alice paused just in front of the hall, something was off. Her eyes fixated on a large stage placed in front of the hall and a large stake in the middle of it. She tilted her head, her brain trying to understand exactly what she was looking at and when did it get there.
