A Conversation With Nick
Millie looked down at the table. Good God, what was he doing to her? She was feeling very hot. Her clothing was too restrictive, and the warm feeling in the pit of her stomach was getting worse, she could feel her arousal slipping into her panties. If Nick's hand crept any higher, he'd feel how wet her knickers were and then he'd want to take them off!
She felt out of control. She needed Gabriel! He didn't push her like this. he didn't make demands she didn't know how to handle. Gabriel grounded her. He gently guided her when she was in his arms. Instinctively, she knew he'd comfort and support her while she came to terms with this overwhelming attraction she and Nick shared.
Fortunately, she was saved having to answer Nick, by the waiter who arrived with their lunch. Although Nick ceased running his hand over her thigh, his attention didn't wane. Instead, he fed her pasta and seafood from the large bowl they shared.

Millie went back into the kitchen; she could get out into the back garden from the French windows by the breakfast table.
