As I make my way to Midnight pack, I can't shake off Valeria's words about Alicia. Valeria has never made casual remarks without having her suspicions which most of the time comes true.

What could Alicia be hiding? And why would she pretend to be someone she isn't? It can't be Just to trap Damian,is it?

What would she get from trapping Damian? To be his Luna? But she is an Alpha female herself considering that her father only has her as the next heir of the pack.

Driving through the gates, the guards ask for my invitation card which I present to them. I don't know how Valeria managed to get one when she wasn't obviously invited.
