Chapter 7

Danielle had left me behind saying she was never allowed into the main building and she couldn't lead me there.

I sighed unfortunately carrying my broken leg as I limped. I wasn't even sure where the main building was located, the direction Danielle had given me was quite messed up as well owing to the fact that there were so many buildings in the compound which looked more like an estate or perhaps a maze.

I came across a good-looking building which I ought to believe to be the main building. I wasn't even sure who I was going to see.

The guards all stood in their positions with their faces mean. I could ask them for help and direction I thought.

“Uhmm…excuse me Please is this the main building? I was asked to come here by the head maid.” I say fear is gripping a hold of me.

The man glanced at me giving me some dirty creepy look which made me quite uncomfortable.
