Epilogue

Davis's POV

"How's Gideon?" I asked over the phone. Vincent and I had been speaking for more than an hour already. He had called to ask how we were doing.

Although we spoke every day, there were some days that we spoke longer than usual. We just wanted to make sure we were all doing alright with the decision that I made.

And the more I hear of the things he does as Capo, the more I am the happiest that I made the right decision making him the Capo of New York. He has chosen Gideon as his right-hand man, Jack remains there too.

That same night Vincent was made Capo of New York, he had called me his godfather. According to him, he wouldn't do anything if I didn't accept the role as his godfather, so I agreed. Now, he doesn't decide without me knowing about it first and agreeing to it. He was deliberate in making me take part in everything he does for New York.
