Chapter 29: Two sides of the coins

Raine's POV

Upon arriving home, I informed my husband that I would be working in my office and suggested he go to bed without me. I then put on my glasses and began tracing the IP address to identify the sender.

My mansion's office computer had the necessary files for the task—yes, I am also a hacker. However, I only use these skills in specific situations and not for unlawful purposes in my business dealings.

"I was right. That woman is the one who sent that anonymous email," I muttered.

The email was sent from a desktop at EGBC, but what puzzles me is the timing—it was sent at eleven at night. I need to speak with her and hope that those three won't interfere or cause harm.

"Oh boy!" I exclaimed.

I urgently called someone to ensure the safety of an employee at her home. Shit! I can't believe I didn't think of that earlier! He picked up the call.

"Hello, ma’am Raine? How can I assist you?" he inquired.

After briefing him on the situation, I made sure he understood everything.
