“ Is this enough to shut you up for a while? ” I whisper close to his lips and lean a little back to look in his eyes.
Wolf takes a deep breath, holding it in as he stares me down.
“ Just by looking at you…I can tell there is something strange going on in this pretty head of yours. ” Wolf releases the breath he held back.
Pushing his left hand forward, he brushes my bangs off my forehead delicately.
“ What’s going in? ” He questions.
I grab his right arm and push it under my head to use it as a pillow. “ Nothing. ”
