I blink my eyes open and they land right at Wolf. He is sitting in front of me, his eyes closed and his hand holding mine.
I feel the exhaustion weighing me down. It feels like I am dead, physically and mentally.
How many days has it been?
The higher ones did mention 3 days something but is it really possible for me to be unconscious for only three days when I felt like years were passing in that dessert?
I lift my hand and place it at Wolf’s cheek. His eyes snap open.
I gulp, seeing the redness of his eyes and the hollowness of his cheeks.
He doesn’t say anything for a moment and only looks at me. After a moment, he slowly releases my hand and pushes his arm under my neck, lifting me up and wrapping his arms around my figure.
