"If you can't do an efficient job, why don't you all quit and allow the competent ones to show their skills? All you all do is sit in your fvcking office, doing nothing" I yelled at my staff as I go through the bunch of files in front of me and listen to their ideas, I could see the fear and discomfort on their faces.

Mr Sunil, who thought he brought the best idea was even shocked when I yelled.

Lazybones.

They are just as useless as ever, well there were times when they were useful but once they got to the position they have their eyes on, they got inattentive, always expecting the ones under them to do everything, without putting in their effort.

Not that I care, about how they work with their subordinate or maltreat them, but what I can't accept is how it affects the company.

They all relax in their offices, doing nothing and go home more early than their boss, and yet expect the payment when it is the due date.
