"How is he doing?" I asked Connor and Jude after they come out of Connor's old room, after assuring that Rafael is asleep.

"Better, he just needs to rest and he will be fine" Connor answered and I nodded.

"Why don't you also have a sleep, you look tired" Alicia suggested behind me and put her hand on my shoulder.

"No, I am okay. I will sleep when am sure he is fine"

Alicia nodded and removed her hand from my shoulder "Just take it easy, he will be fine here. His uncle won't be able to find him here"

I looked at her surprised, "You know?"

She chuckled and went to stand by Connor who wrapped his hand around her waist, protectively. "Rafael is like a brother, my family, I suspected but today confirmed my suspicions, and this stubborn man here won't talk me anything," she said referring to Connor who groaned and I smiled.
