In the envelope, his father neatly scribbled the words; 'I WILL BE MEETING WITH YOUR GIRLFRIEND IN THE NEXT 72 HOURS(IN THREE DAYS). THE CLOCK IS TICKING.' I informed Nate about my syringe phobia, and about my recent medical report, which was obviously a lie. I don't know if she bought my lies, but all she said was; 'Okay. No need for Doctor Bryan then. Just get me the report before the day runs out.' The doctor's name sounded oddly familiar, but I couldn't recall where I heard it from. Was it from Aunt Kim, or perhaps my ex? Carl and Maria met at "THE GILDED ROSE DINING ESTABLISHMENT". The restaurant exuded a sense of romance in every tiny detail. From the dim lighting, and peaceful music, to the crisp white linens, and crystal chandelier. The chandelier which suspended from the ceiling above the room, was made of crystal droplets, sparkling in the dim light. It perfectly added to the romantic ambience. The dining establishment was nestled in a serene corner of the city, away from the hassle of the streets. Nate specifically choose this place, because of its idyllic tranquility. Carl was livid when he saw Nate. "Don't ever leave me in such uncomfortable situation again. The rest dates should be scheduled for 30 minutes. Once the time lapses, excuse me from the date." Nate's idea was completely off the wall, but was worth giving it a shot. His Dad was definitely going to go berserk if he ever found out about this, so everything has to be a secret.
