CHAPTER 39

Silence reigned in the large room for what seemed like forever even though it was just for some minutes.

Zoey took her gaze to Isaiah in fright of what he would do next because he'd been caught. Surprisingly to her, he was staring back at the men fearlessly and not moved that he was in danger.

"Well...... Seems like we have a guest." Akin's voice broke the silence. He lifted the corners of his lips and crossed his arms. "Unfortunately, we don't let go of our guests so you will have to stay here now."
