Emily’s POV:

After I had gone to Smith's office, I headed to Dan's House. Dan lived at Avenue Street, an average home where he had been managing to pay rent.

I never liked him, I was only jealous of his relationship with Anna and went ahead to make him cheat on her. Since we were young, Anna got the best treatment from Dad, even with the ill treatment that Mum gave her.

She got attention from Dad, more than I did, she was more intelligent than I was, she was smart and was a good child unlike me that was always in trouble. That made everyone fall in love with her and not me.

When we were teenagers, she had the best boyfriend, Dan. He was loyal to her and her alone. I heard them talk about marriage all the time and it came to my realization that Emily would soon get married before I did.
