Chapter Forty Four

As he came at Sirius again the Alpha caught him by the throat and ended it quickly snapping his powerful jaws shut and severing Tyler’s head from his shoulders. There was a gasp and his Pack members instantly bowed their heads and bared their necks, they belonged to Sirius now. When the Death Challenge was issued it meant the two Alpha fought to the death and when the death occurred his Pack automatically reverted to the winner's possession. Tyler's Pack would now be assimilated into the Dog Star Pack as quickly as it could be arranged, they would have to give up everything they had and move to Sirius’s territory to start again, all of them in low positions until they earned the respect of the Pack. It had always been this way and Tyler’s Pack would accept their fate without question. Sirius shook himself disgusted at the blood on his fur and a member of Tyler’s Pack in human form rushed forward and wiped it from him.
