Chapter Sixty Five

‘I’m here baby’

He scooped her up and ran towards the Pack House in her confusion she had almost run straight to it. He strode into the hospital,

‘Where’s Carter?’

He commanded over the noise of the A & E department and the white-coated Doctor came running,

‘Alpha?’

He questioned as he placed the beautiful young woman on the bed,

‘I marked her but she did not understand what I was doing. Yes, I know I should have explained it to her but I did not know she did not know. I think she is reacting to my serum’

At that point Atalanta began convulsing her body arching on the bed and the Doctor jumped into action, within ten minutes he had the antidote to the serum dripping into her arm. He gave her a shot of antibiotics just to be careful and bathed and bandaged the wound just to be sure. She was already beginning to heal her body finally understanding what it needed to do. Bringing her around slowly she lay still for a few minutes blinking up at him,
