CHAPTER 65

I guess no movie for me today then.

I know it’s wrong of me to think that as I stared down at his body on the floor. Was it also insensitive of me to wish he’d fallen on the bed instead because I didn’t know how I was going to pick him up? I bent down, kneeling beside him to ensure he didn’t crack his skull first before trying to get him up which was very hard with all the muscles he had, he was like twice or thrice my weight.

It was a struggle but I managed to lift him up carefully and pulled him to the bed. I placed him in a comfortable position on the bed and rested his head on a pillow. I sat back to try catching my breath as I panted heavily, lifting him off the floor was indeed a workout. I’ve never been to a gym but I might need to start going to one.

Back to the matter at hand, I needed to get a doctor, Agathat should definitely know one.

I ran out of my room, running down the stairs as fast as I could to get Agatha. I opened the kitchen and was met with an empty space.
