Casey understood everything. But the embarrassment of breaking up with Klaire was worse than the embarrassment of staying with her. He understood the risk of being with Klaire and that he was shooting himself in the foot if he did get married to her. It honestly was barely about love now and was leaning more towards ego. Things got pretty heated very quickly and Casey was not complaining one bit. Soon enough, they were in her room and Ava was pressed up against the wall as Casey basically ate her face. It was understandable that Casey could not meet her eyes. She was not sure if it was because of guilt or just him trying not to get distracted by her. Ava didn’t think too much about it and went about the wedding as if she didn’t sleep with the groom. It was time for the wedding and people were filing into the hotel. Since there was an area just for weddings, it was designed perfectly to the image of whatever couple was getting married that day. As soon as the wedding was over Ava was on the next plane back to Los Angeles. The immense relief she felt when the plane took off made her entire body slouch.
