October quickly got to her feet. She didn't even hear the door opening or his footsteps approaching. But all she did was stare blankly at him as he stared back, waiting for an answer.

October looked down at the mess she was standing in. "I-I... accidentally kicked over the tray." She lied. Thinking he wouldn't know, since it would seem as if she was picking up the food.

Alistair watched her carefully before speaking. He had to fight the urge to strike her for lying to him. "A servant will be here to clean it up, and October. There is no way that you can escape. The floors, walls, glass and ceiling are all made out of reinforced material. Once you are in, there is no out. Once you are out, there is no way in."

Alistair smiled when October's face fell.

"I know everything that you do October," Alistair told her after a beat.

Her face took on something else other than sadness. "Why are you keeping me here? What do you want from me?" October asked in a small voice.
