October hesitated at the door, fully aware that Alistair was behind her. He gave her a gentle push, but she didn't budge. Instead, she wring her fingers, wondering if this was her death he was leading her to, because as far as she could see, the room was dark, so she turned to him, ready to beg for her life.

"You really don't have to do this," she told him.

Alistair leant his head to the side, confused about what she was talking about.

"October Summer,'' A voice called, causing her to gasp.

She spun around so fast, she almost lost her balance.

"Nice of you to visit. I thought my nephew would have kept you locked up in your room."

"Please enter," he said, after his momentary pause of words.

Alistair gave October another push, which caused her to enter the room fully. To where she saw a man sitting around a grand piano that was black and shiny. He was playing an unfamiliar tune, which pulled at her heart string as he hit the keys perfectly.

October took a few involuntary steps forward,
