The other day, when we bumped into each other outside the campus, it was due to an urgent matter. My intention was not to hide but to ensure the school's safety." To our surprise, the woman hissed at us. I felt my heart rate increase as I watched the woman transform into something - a chimera taking place. Her body was contorting and changing, her skin stretching and taking on a scaly appearance as she grew claws and teeth. I stood up and addressed the other students in the room. "Everyone, please listen to me. Something is happening here that we need to take care of. I need you all to leave the room and stay in the hallway until it's safe to come back in." The students were understandably frightened, but they quickly got up and made their way out of the room. My wolf could even hear their footsteps echoing in the hallway as they left. Once the other students were gone, Jackson and I turned our attention back to the chimera. It was now in its final phase. As the chimera began to grow in size, we realized that we could not confront it head-on. We needed to find a way to trap it and contain it before it did any damage.

The next morning, as the three of us were getting ready for our rugby game, Simon kept teasing us about getting attacked by a monster. Jackson and I were trying to discuss what would happen if we truly encountered such a creature during our match, but Simon just kept laughing it off. We reached the clinic in record time, where the school nurse quickly assessed his injuries and got to work. While I watched Jackson receive medical attention, I couldn't shake the feeling that I had abandoned my duty as a werewolf guardian to stop the monster. But my best friend's well-being was more important than my duty to the school. All we could do now was wait and hope that the reinforcements would arrive soon enough and that they would be able to subdue the monster. "But there were no other complications, right?" I insisted. "I mean, my friend is a rugby player and he is the brain of our team. We can't afford to get him out of the picture." The doctor nodded to his nurses, telling them to head out first. "Well, considering how deep the wound is, he can't play for about a month or two. But he can still play once it completely healed.
