SOPHIE POV

I was again sitting with Luke but this time, it was in the throne room rather than mine. We chose to have a meeting and discuss the moves to take to locate Magnus.

“It's crazy to even think that Magnus could go missing.” Luke sighed out loud.

“What’s done is done now, Luke. Let's not deviate from the main course of the discussion. A solution is all we need right now. We can not afford to have a temporary King take over Magnus’s throne.” I chastised, sounding all desperate and impatient.

I mean, it wasn't Luke’s fault that Magnus was missing but in this case, I couldn't help but displace my emotions.

Luke was too humble a man to pick an offense though. “I know, Sophie. It just hits me hard every time. I will just organize search parties first. It’d be nice if the search yields results but if they don't, we would think of the next line of action.” He said.
