For hours or what seemed like days, i had thought so much about Luke's betrayal that my head was starting to ache from the variations I went over. I tried to remember all my moments spent with Luke, hoping to find out where I had gone wrong or what i had missed. My mind tried to pinpoint where everything started but it couldn’t do so because from the beginning, he had always been someone I could trust.

Luke had virtually been like my brother all this years and was someone I usually confided in. He was someone I thought I could read clearly without mistake, someone I always thought would stay by my side at all costs. What was more surprising was the fact that I never realised he wanted my throne all along. The malice in his eyes when he had confronted me seemed like it was more than that though.
