"Did I keep you waiting for long?" I asked as soon as I approached Olivia leaned on the body of my car as she waited for me. She shifted her feet uncomfortably and I could tell that they were sore from standing too long. She had been wearing heels all morning and I scared that her feet might've been hurt too.

She shook her head no with a tired smile when she saw me walking up to her. "You didn't. I don't mind actually."

"I'm sorry if I did. I just needed to sort some issues out with the hospital before we left." I explained, hoping that she would see reasons and not get upset if she already was.

"It's okay Davion. I'm fine really" She assured me. Her shoulders lifted up slightly in sheer happiness. "I actually haven't felt so good in a while. I didn't even realize that you were still inside and besides, you didn't take long so don't beat yourself up about it."

"Alright. Let's go?" I asked and she nodded yes. It was already night time and the only bright lights coming from out
