Selena pounced on her father with the intention to drag her claws across his face but he slid back and made her fall. He laughed curtly.
"Surely, you both didn't come to fight me, did you?" Drake asked, looking from Selena to Alex.

"I won't intervene. She came to prove something. I leave you to her."
"So, what was your own business between father and daughter?" He asked, a brow raised whole Selena managed to rise.
"Because she belongs to me and it's my duty that I protect her."
"But you just said you won't intervene."

Chelsea flipped the screen of her laptop open and sat down in front of it. It's been a week since they arrived in Edison when her Father was diagnosed with stage four cancer. Just like she predicted, he died three days after they came and her friends have been very supportive. Now, she was going to do a group call with them.
