Flashback Continues

"Now honey, I need you to think of anything. Don't tell us. let's see if you have any sort of powers in you."

I scrunch my nose and think deep. Do I have a wolf or am I dominantly a witch? A voice invades my head again. This time, it is neither my mom's or dad's. It's a female voice. One that I have never head before.

"You are a wolf my dear. And you have the ability to take on any appearance you want. Only in human form. That's your ability as a mage. My name is Harley."

"Wow. So can we shift Harley?"

"Yes dear we can. But it's going to be very painful for you. Just give me control and it will not hurt so much. Normally, you should be able to shift at sixteen but moon goddess has allowed us. Seeing as we won't be having our parents for long."
