‘’Really?’’ I asked trying so hard to hide my excitement from him.

‘’Yes love’’ He answered with a smile. He drops his hands to my waist letting them linger on my butt. I did not say anything about this because I really did miss his touch and having so much of his time like this. It should not be like this but I guess that’s what having children can do to you. I smiled as I looked up at him.

‘’I love you so much Maria’’ He whispered with a look of pride in his eyes. I blushed so had under his gaze.

‘’I love you too’’ I said back to Jake.

‘’No, tell me you love me’’ He begged. I chuckled at his request but obliged.

‘’I love you’’ I said to him truly. I really miss this, having him in my arms and just being with each other.
