Jasmine’s POV

“The right thing was coming out to ask for help. What makes her think that she can resolve all of this herself?” I said with an annoying tone in my voice.

“That’s right. I told her each day to tell the Alpha of just someone aside from me who could help her. I wanted to tell the Alpha myself couple of times but she could kneel down and beg me not to. I didn’t have the heart to still do it after that.” She said to us and Jacob sighed.

“How about your son? Where is he? You mentioned that she used to take care of him.” I asked her and a sad smile made its way to her lips.

“He passed away few days after she left the children care unit. He must have been waiting for her to be gone first. She cried when I told her today. She also visited his grave and the other guards that died. She may still be there so you both can go find her. You have to stop her from leaving. I don’t think Marcus is going to let go of her son and sister without a fight.” She held my hand and pleaded with m
