Chapter Fifty-Nine

Sheira’s POV

I could hear the screams and howls as I stepped my outside of thr borders and tears streamed out of my eyes.

“Let’s get going then.” I said to Marcus who had a proud look on his face for the first time ever. It was as if he had won a lottery.

“Why do you look so happy?” I asked him with annoyance evident on my face.

“Why are you giving me that look? It isn’t my fault that you had to betray people that cared about you. They must be looking for you now. You are a dead meat.” He laughed hardly and I bit my lips to control the tears from dropping from my eyes.

“Where are we going now?” I asked him.

“To where you belong. To my place. Your work is done here so you won’t ever be returning here. Maybe you will have to pretend to be an Alpha’s mate next.” He said excitedly and i looked at him in disgust. I expected this already. He wasn’t going to let me go very easily.
