Chapter Fifty

Sheira’s POV

I could tell that something was wrong immediately Jasmine walked into the room. She had a solemn look on her face and didn't even notice me in the room yet.

“How did the talk go?” I asked her and she shrieked in fear. That was the first time that I saw fear in her eyes as she looked at me but it was gone in a few seconds.

“Are you okay? You hit your leg.” I told her and she saw the patch of blood on her leg where she just hit.

I went out of the room and went to get the gist aid kit. She was seated on the ned when I came back staring into space.

“Is everything okay? You seem really stressed after that talk with the Alpha.” I told her and she only sighed.

“I will be better. I just feel really tired. With the whole…” she pointed to her stomach and I chuckled.

“That's normal. That's usually how the beginning of pregnancy begins.” I told her and realised that I just let it slipped from my mouth.
