The panic and hysteria that had engulfed her senses soon faded away when those familiar blue eyes gaped down at her.

Susan had a stern look on her face and she was glaring down at Evelyn with complaints dancing in her spheres.

"Quiet." She warned before scurrying to her feet. Susan poked her head out before looking around making sure no one saw them and then she shut the door locking it instantly.

Leaning her back against the door she let her shoulders slump and sighed heavily. "That was close," She murmured under her breath.

Evelyn who straightened up on the floor looked up and found Susan peering down at her with her arms crossed across her chest.

The girl sniffed before wiping her face of any tears and got to her feet.

Evelyn felt so small in front of her. Susan was always there when she needed her but in the past month or more Evelyn has ignored all her calls and messages when Axel restricted her from leaving the mansion.

She wanted to tell Susan everything but knowing her, Evelyn
