AMELIA'S POV

"Don't do that." I snapped, as the car turned sharply.

"You don't tell me how to drive, sweetie." Rick smiled.

The phone rang.

He huffed but still picked up the call, and I sighed when I saw the caller ID.

"Hello, Rick? How's the journey going?"

"He's trying to fucking kill me. This fucker needs to go learn how to drive a fucking tired truck that needs a life-changing engine. Oh, My!" I yelled at the top of my voice. "Did I just say Engine?!" My voice raised to a pitch that made Rick cover his ears. "He needs new Engines, baby. Help a friend!"

"Seems like you're managing her well, then Rick." Max sighed in relief.

"It seems like you're not listening to me, baby. We have been cussing and yelling at each other ever since we left for the...!" I trailed off, holding my head, which seemed to be heavy due to the yelling.

"Stop yelling, baby. Rick is just doing his job." Max chuckled.

I groaned.

"Don't fucking tell me you told him to do all this shit." I mumbled, glaring at Ri
