Evangeline’s POV

I couldn’t help but shiver after Ivory revealed my identity. I couldn’t forget how I killed the poor deer for my hunger. I was a leech who killed that poor thing after drinking all his blood.

“It’s fine. No need to get nervous in front of me. I mean…it’s normal for every woman.”, Daniel whispered in my ears. He was thinking that I was shivering for another reason but the reality was far away from what he was thinking.

“I am so stupid.”, He muttered and broke the hug. Ivory whimpered when she lost the warmth of her mate. “Give this water jug to me.”, He said, taking it from my hand and then making me sit on the bed. “You shouldn’t be standing.”

“Sit here comfortably. I will be back with the sanitary pads as soon as possible.”, He said before leaving the room. I waited for a while and when I couldn’t hear his footsteps, I stood up and walked toward the window where I had hidden those clothes.

‘What should I do with it?’
