34- What’s Your Price?

Light felt somewhat thirsty at the very sight of the handsome man smoking before the window. She swallowed hard and wished for this peaceful moment to last a bit longer.

Seeing her reflection in the window, Edge put the butt of the cigarette down and threw it in the dustbin by the door.

Walking over to sit on the living room couch, he glanced at her and ordered, “Come here.”

She saw his actions and frowned. “Why do you need to sit? Let’s just get this dinner over with already.” saying that, she directly headed to walk out of the house.
