Even after Naomi and Richard had returned to their respective rooms for the night, I remained in my office thinking about the conversation we had.

My hunch had been right all along.

Beta Williams had purposely hidden Raven's identity because he was her father and not only that, he had a sinister plan that he was going to launch.

As much as this was thrilling it was scary at the same time.

Thrilling in the sense that after five years of partial inactivity and dealing with only rogues, I have a huge case in front of me and it involved people I was familiar with.

And it was scary because of my familiarity with those people. Since they already know me like the back of their palm, especially Beta Williams whom I always looked up to as a father, I was hanging on by a thin line.
