Chapter thirty one

DAX'S POV

The doctor was stood at the door and he seemed to be taking forever on opening his mouth and letting me know if Aurora was ok or not and it wasn't just me that was anxious. Most of the pack was still sat in the hospital with me.

"Well how is she?" I ask

His eyes came to look at me.

"She has alot of injuries from broken ribs, legs, arms and hip. Her internal injuries were even worse. However we have managed to fix most of it and make her stable for now, she is not out of the woods by a long shot and even as a wolf she will need a few weeks to heal from all of this."

I was relieved and still scared at the same time.

"I think the only reason she didn't die was because by the look of the rouge wolf she used him as a shield so he took the most of the blast and that she also had your Alpha blood in her system." The doctor said
