Three Months Later

Stella POV

The leaves had fallen off all of the trees and a blanket of snow covered the forrest floor. I listened to the snow crunch underneath my paws with each step I took. It was early morning and the sun was peaking through the top of the tree lines, making the white fluff look like glitter. It was pretty, I thought. Trevor had been gone for two nights now. He was off on business in a neighboring city, though he wouldn't tell me what it was for. The thought of him being away from me made my chest hurt.
