Chapter 52

Naomi's POV

After my discussion with Cassie that morning, I wasn't myself. I was pacing the length and breath of my room, trying to analyze my decision in my head.

“Avenging Vanessa and saving Christiana.” I said aloud, digging my hands into my head and tugging my hair.

Those were the only reasons I could consider if I was going to return to the Raven Claw Pack. Alpha Baron's throne was the least of my problems.

Thinking about this, gave me a sleepless night that I soon found myself becoming a shadow of myself.

Cassie on her part wasn't even helping matters. She kept on pumping into me, reasons why I should return to the pack.

It was frustrating and it was as if I was going to lose my sanity the next second.

After dinner, a day after the mating ceremony between Alpha Baron and Raven, I found myself in my father's office.

If asked, I had no idea how I came here but since I was here now, I have to speak up.

“You don't look good.” Father said, staring intently at me.

“I'm fine.” I replie
