Ezio:

I watched as the pack members assembled before the moon full rose in the sky.

My eyes caught sight of the Alpha who walked out of the house, his eyes meeting mine before I walked toward him.

“Alpha”

“Thank you for helping take care of my sister when I was out of the house” he said, and I nodded. Iris and I stayed in her room until the doctors asked us to leave for them to take her to her room.

“I have done nothing but my job, Alpha. You don’t need to thank me” I said, nodding at him.

“Will you be shifting?” Alpha Ryker asked and I shook my head. I didn’t want to shift without my mate being by my side.

“Not tonight, it is traditional that Lycans don’t usually shift on full moons” I said, making the Alpha nod.

“You seem to have many traditions” he said “how is it possible that you don’t have a pack?”
