“What’s Nicklaus Harrington doing here? Did he tail us?”

Damien’s slightly edgy voice questioned one of his subordinates.

“It doesn’t seem so-”

“Then why is he here?!”

The agitation in his voice was becoming clearer and the man before him kept his head lowered.

“We’re currently looking into that your highness”.

Damien could only release an helpless sigh. It was no news that Nicklaus had men following him like flies but due to his tight security they couldn’t come close enough and always ended up loosing trail but today the case seemed different!

He purposely didn’t tell her the details of the call because any news about Nicklaus would throw her into a frenzy, little did he know it was already too late!

Just then, one of his subordinate ended a call and took long strides followed by a bow at Damien.

“Mr Harrington came for a business deal held at Osyms Hotel but there was an accident with his client and he followed the ambulance over. Nothing suspicious or out of the ordinary”
