Regan's POV

"What is that?" Asher's voice sounded behind me and I looked back. At that moment I lost sight of the suspicious soldier that I had commanded to stop.

I heard a thud on the other side of the wall only to realize that the soldier had leaped over the palace wall.

The guard who was pushing me ran after the soldier. He leaped over the wall in pursuit while Asher and I exchanged glances.

"It was a suspicious person," I replied to Asher.

"I was right about my suspicion. He just escaped," I added and my guard was back.

He shook his head, "he is gone. He escaped on a horse, there was a rider too," he said.

"Really? That means it's not simple. The intrusion was planned," Asher and I responded in astonishment.

"Hey Adrian, are you there? If you are there, I need you to look into something for me. Someone disguised as a soldier just escaped through the west wing of the palace. He is wearing the soldier's uniform and he escaped on a horse with a rider. Can you track them down?" I mind
