I had never been so angry in my life. Greta and her brother had left for hiding, but the police had caught up with them.

I had given them the evidence to prove their evil deeds, but they had denied it. The police didn't want to listen to me.

They wanted more concrete evidence, and that was something that I could not provide them. I had given them everything I could gather about Greta and her criminal brother.

I picked up my phone and that's when I called Naya. She was the best person to blow their cover. After all, she was the one who was kidnapped. They wouldn’t be able to find their way around if she were to be present.

She agreed to come to the police station and confess what had happened. I felt happy and relieved. I badly wanted to get the culprits in jail. I had gone through a lot in the past few months and I was willing to do anything to relieve the stress. I waited for her, but after two hours, she hadn't shown up.
