Chapter 29 Trapped Back

Liam looked down through the large window of his office, at the traffic of vehicles that looked small and the buildings that looked like Lego toys because he looked at it all from his high position.

The arrival of his father and Rica made Liam's mood messy. They confuse his focus with meaningless chatter and only make him emotional. He was so angry and annoyed.

Liam took a deep breath, then sat back in his chair behind the work desk. Suddenly he thought of Audrey and looked at his watch. Has she had lunch? It was late afternoon and he hadn't checked on Audrey yet.
