ALLYSA'S POV

I ordered dinner and as we sat to eat, I wondered how our lives would be when we get back home. “Allysa?” He called.

“Yeah, you need something?” I asked trying to sound normal. The issue from earlier on had taken a toll on me, I still couldn't believe he saw our marriage as a charade till now. “I want us to live cordially when we get back home, no issues, a mutual understanding and__”

“And what?” I fired, already getting angry.

“Are you angry at me?” He asked and I scoffed. The saying men are so ignorant isn't a fallacy, he's definitely dumb and ignorant.

“Did you piss me off?” I asked, glaring at him as he raised his hands in the air. “Now I'm more convinced I did something terribly wrong, did I__”

“Can you quit it? I'll behave cordially because of my sanity and not because you asked.
