Chapter 63

Elena's POV 

Shock is a very small word to express what I am feeling at present after looking at the completely changed demeanor of Raphael. I never thought even in my worst nightmare that he can trade his mother for money and love. This is not the person whom I loved and if this is his real face then I am not going to accept him in any way.

I flinched at my place at the gunshot and snapped my head in the direction of the voice and found Xaphan standing there with a gun pointed towards the sky, firing in the air. 

He was looking drunk as his eyes were bloodshot red and his knees were wobbling. He was not able to stand still on his feet. 

He yelled like a beast and pointed his gun towards Lucifer. 

"How dare you?" He roared, clasping the gun with both hands and making the balance. 

"Put the gun down, Xaphan" Lucifer instructed. 

But he was too high to give heed to anything. He was looking thirsty fo
